Carroll Hare

William Carroll Hare, 80, of Glasgow, Kentucky, entered into his heavenly home, Thursday, September 7, 2023 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a son of the late Horace and Zelma Morgan Hare. He was a retired Industrial Engineer from Mallory Capacitor, a veteran of Kentucky National Guard. He was a avid UK Fan and a lover of all sports. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchild very much.

He is survived by his wife: Betty Turner Hare; two daughters: Candi Howard (Brian) and Lisa Robertson (Troy); eleven grandchildren: Stephen Howard, Blake Howard, Kaylie Goad (Colin) Noah Howard, Will Robertson, Gracie Robertson, Truett Robertson, Destiny, Henry, Harmonie and Graceson; one great-grandson: Cason Goad; three sisters: Lillian Broady, Linda Ford (Jim) and Gina Circle; one sister-in-law: Connie Hare; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one son: Scott Hare; one brother: Larry Hare, two brother-in-laws: Mike Broady and Mack Circle.

Funeral will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Marrowbone Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home and after 9:00 am Tuesday until time for services.
