Betty Jackson

Betty Jean Spillman Jackson, 74, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Drewey Spillman and Violet Huddleston Spillman. She was a member of Dover Baptist Church in Haywood. She was saved as a young girl and loved her church family. She took care of so many little children over the years and loved them all as her own.
She is survived by two daughters: Stephania Coots (Joe) and Sonja Hammer (Greg); four grandchildren: Stone Hammer, Ashley Hammer, Summer Coots Martin (Morgan), Jackson Coots; two sisters: Judy Risley and Vickie Hunt (Daryel); Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Steven Richard Jackson
Funeral will be 1:00 pm Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday at the funeral home and after 10:00 am Saturday until time for services.
