Emma Lou Jones
Emma Lou Jones, 104, Hiseville, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Signature Healthcare in Horse Cave. A native of Wilson County, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Theophilus and Emma Lou Stevens Tomlinson. She was a homemaker and farm wife and a member of the Hiseville Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son J. Terry Jones of Hiseville; one nephew, William Jones and wife Diana of Hiseville; one niece Margaret Rose Ligon of Lebanon, TN; one niece-in-law, Patricia Jones of Louisville; 5 great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Terry “J.T.” Jones and one nephew, Robert Jones.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Hiseville Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
When we lived in Hiseville, my dad Milked cows for them and me and my sisters used to visit with her, she made us popcorn and tang and the best chocolate fudge you could ever eat.
Ms. Emma was the sweetest person I ever met,we loved her so much.
