Jerry Dwayne Lewis

          Jerry Dwayne Lewis, 58, Glasgow, died suddenly Saturday, October 8, 2022 at the T J Samson Community Hospital.  A native of Barren County, he was the son of the late Jack Ellis Lewis and Lou Ella Lawson Lewis.

          Jerry was an electrician who had been employed as field supervisor at Leonard Johnson Electric for the past 37 years.  He was a highly devoted worker whose life was centered around his children and grandchildren.  He was a believer who was baptized on August 20, 2019.

          Survivors include his wife Charlotte; two sons: Erik Varney (Mo) and Travis Varney (Becki Dillard); seven grandchildren: Zander, Abby, Ethan, Maddie, Hudson, Isaac, and Willow; one brother, Paul Lewis (Vickie); two sisters: Martha Shaw and Ann Bacon (Richard); several nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.

          Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.  Visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
