Phil Ward

          Robert Phillip “Phil” Ward, Jr. 53, Glasgow, died Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Hospice House in Bowling Green.  A native of Barren County, he was a welder for C & M who enjoyed fishing, college basketball, NASCAR, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

          Survivors include his wife Mary Sue Larabee Ward; two children: Cora Neal (Corey) of Center and Avery Ward (Amanda) of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Aiden Neal, Kaibren Ward, Brynnlee Neal, and Kynlee Neal; his mothers: Darlene and Shirley; a half brother Danny; a step brother Kevin; his mother-in-law Barbara Larabee; a brother-in-law Garnett Larabee (Debbie); three sisters-in-law: Teresa Chapman, Cindy Larabee, and Vickie Larabee; several nieces and nephews.

          He was preceded in death by his father Robert Phillip Ward, Sr.; a brother Kelly Ward; his father-in-law Garnett C. Larabee, Sr.; and a brother-in-law Timmy Chapman.

          Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 12 noon Thursday at the funeral home.
