Mary Jane Hardin, 88, formerly of Glasgow, died Sunday, August 16, 2015, in Charlotte, NC. A daughter of the late Leonard and Viola Spradlin Gosser, she was a retired office manager at Regency Park in Glasgow, and was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son: Larry Hardin of Glasgow; two grandchildren: Marcus Hardin of Charlotte, NC and Dana Hardin of Glasgow; 6 great-grandchildren: Colten, Jonathan, Wildt, Paite, Kaide, and Baird; two brothers: Frank Gosser of Edmonton and Marvin Gosser of Indiana; four sisters: Edna Gosser, Linda Norris, and Wanda Bennett all of Glasgow and Delphia Ann England of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gilford Marcus “Buster” Hardin; one daughter: Louise Hardin; two brothers: Walter Gosser and Howard Gosser; and three sisters: Delores Lowery, Hazel Gosser, and Betty Petro.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the New Liberty Cemetery. Friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to a local hospice of your choice.
