Annabel Dugard Keys Staples, 87, of Glasgow died Monday, October 01, 2001 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was a retired seamstress at Handmacher and a member of the First Church of God.

She is survived by her daughter: Jean and her husband E. J. Claywell of Glasgow; Two sons: Joe D. Keys and his wife Jane of Glasgow and Joe E. Keys and his friend Debbie of Louisville. One brother: Elzie Dugard and his wife Bessie of Bowling Green; Seven grandchildren: Sandra Vernon, Joey Keys, JoAnna Lauer, John Marion Keys, Timmy Keys, Scotty Keys and Clifton McCandless; Eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Herman Keys; two sons: Herman and James D. “Cobb” Key; one daugher: Jeanette McCandless. Also two grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral will be 11:00 A. M. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 5:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
