One Entry for James C. Harkey, Jr.

  1. Sheila Oliver says:

Mr. Harkey was a long-time customer when he purchased diesel from me all those years at Ashland Oil and he remained a good friend who visited often after I became City Clerk and moved to City Hall. His friendship and presence will truly be missed.
