Margarett Ann England Allen, 80, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 13, 2023 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Jewell L. England and Bernell James England. She was a legal secretary for Louie B. Nunn for 12 years. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Women of Faith, Clowning for Christ and Women’s Card Ministry. She will be remembered for her dedication to her church and family.

She is survived by her husband Joe H. Allen; three daughters: Tamala Seeley (Wayne), Kisa Buford (Stephen) and Anne Davis (Clint Fletcher); six grandchildren: Joseph Alexander Pedigo, Corey Elliott Buford (Heather), Carl Joseph Buford, Brianna Lynette Buford, Raven Winter Davis and Jocelyn Simone Davis; seven great-grandchildren: Liam Alexander Pedigo, Mila Elizabeth Pedigo, Rico Jackson Pedigo, Gage Elliott Buford, Olivia Mae Buford, Landri Jade Buford and Erica Storm Davis; one brother: Michael England (Debbie); two sisters: Betty Sue Loy (Max) and Patricia Krog (James); several nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one sister: Nanetta Faye Wright.

Funeral will be 1:00 pm Monday, October 16, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with a repass and celebration of life with meal at Faith Community Church after the funeral service. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday and after 10:00 a m Monday until time for services.
