Sally Taylor

          Sally June Taylor, 68, Glasgow, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at her residence.  A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late E. J. and Ella Mae Burchett Riddle.  She was an administrative assistant in the medical community and attended White’s Chapel Community Church.  She spent much of her free time caring for her grandchildren.

          Survivors include her husband Don Taylor; two children: Ashley Burd and husband John, and Brent Randell Dobbs all of Glasgow; four grandchildren: Jordan Phillips, Ally Bell, Kylar Dobbs, and Brody Dobbs; two great-grandchildren: Kason Hargis and Knox Phillips; two sisters: Margie Lowhorn and Phyllis Ferguson (Tommy); several nieces and nephews.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Wesley Riddle and J. T. Riddle; and one sister, Jodi Lingo.

          Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
