Davie M. Reneau

          Davie Marie Reneau, 59, Glasgow, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023.  A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of Martha Powell Reneau Harrison and the late David Isaac Reneau.  She was a former professor in the Art Department of Campbellsville University.  A extensive traveler, she was a potter and a member of “Women in the Woods”.

          Survivors include her mother Martha Powell Harrison of Fountain Run; two nephews: Philip Matthew Stewart of Glasgow and Clay Lee Lovell of Knob Lick; an aunt, Joyce Gritton of Midway, Utah.

          In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Marla Stewart.

          The family honored Ms. Reneau’s wishes to be cremated.  A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home.
