Roy Douglas Stewart, 77, Glasgow
, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at his residence.  A native of Barren
County
, he was the son of the late Robert Stewart and Francis Houchens Stewart.  He was a retired regional manager with Seelbach and Company working for Tri-County Electric.  He was a United States Army veteran.  He also helped with the Etoile Community Fair.  Member of H.B. Grant #610 F.&A.M. and Austin
#847 F.&A.M. Masonic Lodges, in which he enjoyed fellowship and helping his community.
 
Survivors include his wife of thirty-seven years, Linda Sue Combs Stewart; one son: Anthony “Tony” Stewart and fiancés Staci Lee; three daughters: Julie Humphrey, Toye Medford
(Todd), Shannon Oliver (Steven); four grandchildren: Brittany Leigh Williams, Hayley Paige Stewart, Cara Medford, Tate Simmons and 4 Great-Grand Children.
 
Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the Bethlehem Cemetery in Monroe County, KY with burial to follow. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, April 15, with Masonic Service at 7:00 PM and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Sunday, April 16, at the Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home.
