Elbert L. “Shorty” Rhoton

Elbert L. “Shorty” Rhoton, 91, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Signature Health Care in Glasgow, Kentucky. He was a son of the late Andrew and Annie Gosnell Rhoton.
He is survived by one son: Eddie Rhoton (Shelia); four grandchildren: Jonathan Turner (Larissa), Elizabeth Turner (Kevin), Amanda Harris and Misty Bragg (Michael); several great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson and one great-great-granddaughter arriving in December; two sisters: Anna Watt (Wally) and Linda Harrison (Rondal); one brother: Ferrell Rhoton (Carolyn); several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by ne daughter: Lily Gail Turner; one son: Ricky Andrew Rhoton; brothers and sisters: Elmer, Jay, Emmell, Bobby Laverne, Rose, Jean, Velma, Lois and Gola May.
Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until time for services at the funeral home.
Bro. Shorty was a gentle good hard working man ,We had some good times
together it was good to worship and serve the Lord together. He was always
a blessing!
