Jack L. Nunn, 88, Glasgow, died Monday, January 3, 2022 at the T J Samson Community Hospital. A native of Metcalfe County, he was the son of the late Ray and Lola Edes Perkins Nunn. He was a retired bread route salesman with many years of service, a farmer, and in recent years a sales clerk at Lessenberry Do-It Center. He was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 69 years, Lois Marie Hunley Nunn (Jack died on their 69th anniversary); two daughters: Jacqueline Nunn Alexander and husband Doug, and Sherry Nunn Waldrop and husband Kevin; eight grandchildren: Joe Myers (Darlene), Holly Myers, Cade Waldrop, Leigh Ann Morgan (TJ), Liza Tucker (Jamie), Adrienne Edwards (Zach), Jacob Nunn (Makayla), and Paige Pulliam (Andrew); two sisters: Neda Alexander (Boyd) and Brenda Dicken (Paul); ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Steven Carroll Nunn; two brothers: James Donald Nunn and Jerry Nunn; and one sister, Rosetta Shirley.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday and continue Monday morning until time for services. With concern for everyone’s health, masks will be required for attendance.

    I am so sorry to here the passing of Mr. Nunn .He and his wife came to Kerrs Flowers to buy for their son. They are such a sweet couple and he was so nice.
