Nellie Frances Chapman
February 4, 1946 ~ May 23, 2021
Nellie Frances Chapman, 75, Glasgow, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 at her residence. A native of Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Nova Lee Poindexter Thompson. She was a retired housekeeper at Days Inn.
Survivors include seven children: Charles Russell Chapman (Melissa), Glada Hickman (Rickie), Becky Ramsey (Mike), Tony Chapman, Adam Chapman, Charles William Chapman (Delma), and Teresa Chapman; one brother, Terry Lane Poindexter (Connie); two sisters: Faye Williams and Wilma Cotton (David); eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Henry Chapman and one son, Timmy Neal Chapman.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12 noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
