Lou Ella Lewis

Lou Ella Lewis, 81, Glasgow, died Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the T J Samson Community Hospital. A daughter of the late John Thomas Lawson and Mary Lou Oliver Lawson, she was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband Jack Ellis Lewis.
Survivors include four children: Martha Shaw, Ann Bacon and husband Richard, and Jerry Lewis and wife Charlotte all of Glasgow, Paul Lewis and wife Vickie of Cave City; one sister, Shirley Pierce of Bowling Green; one brother, Junior Lawson of Glasgow; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hodge Family Cemetery at Merry Oaks. Visitation will be after 4 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Carlos Kummerfeldt, T J Samson Hospice, and the T J Samson Nursing Staff.
