David Reneau

November 2, 1939     ~     November 13, 2012

David Isaac Reneau, 73, Glasgow, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Vanderbilt University Hospital. A native of Barren County, he was the son of the late Lawrence Sewell and Edna Mae Bradley Reneau. He was a retired tool & die maker and a U. S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife Patty Stovall Reneau; two daughters, Davie Reneau and Marla Stewart of Glasgow; three step-sons, Jamie Stovall, Scotty Stovall, Tracy Stovall, and their families; two grandsons, Matthew Stewart and Clay Lovell; one sister, Joyce Reneau Gritton and husband Dan of Midway, Utah; one niece, Ashley Hill and husband Jay of Park City, Utah; three brothers-in-law: Billy (Patty) Atwood, Ora Atwood, and Don Welch; three sisters-in-law: Barbara (Gerald) Rascoe, Florence Atwood, and Nancy Atwood.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

I knew David and Joyce growing up in the Nobob community.The picture of David,his mom and our dog-Moon (on the frt. of the remembance notice) was taken at the Williamson homeplace.Always had some good times with the Reneau’s.Would have liked to have seen you today-Joyce.Again-sorry of your loss.
