Charles Kinslow

Charles B. Kinslow, 75, Glasgow, passed away at his home Sunday, March 04, 2012, after a lengthy illness. He was born September 8, 1936 to the late Thompson Botts Kinslow and Lydia Mae Houchens Kinslow. He was retired from Sorensen’s and was a farmer. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Ella Bybee Kinslow; three step-sons, Bobby Darrell Bybee, Bruce Bybee (Mickye) and Chris Bybee (Jennifer); four grandchildren, Kenneth, Justin, and Bailey Bybee, and Whitney Williams; two great-grandchildren, Domino and Saphirra Bybee; two brothers, Roy D. Kinslow (Margie), Leslie Kinslow (Wanda); four sisters, Frankie Peden (Rollin), Nell Houchens, Margaret Crain, and Betty Staples (Kenneth); three step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia Chase Kinslow; one sister, Marie Ramey; one brother, Gus T. Kinslow.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The family wished to express sincere appreciation to T. J. Samson Hospice.

    I am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear Uncle Charles. He was a sincere, kind and a truly loving man. I will miss him dearly. My heart goes out to Ella and the rest of the family. Although I cannot be there in body, you all are all in my thoughts.
