Rebecca M. Wheeler Taylor, 76 of Glasgow, died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the Barren County Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Cornelius “Nelius” Reed Wheeler and Pernie Smith Wheeler. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son: Larry Stinnett of Glasgow; three daughters: Karen Samson of Glasgow, Linda Woolums of Wilmington, Ohio and Tina Taylor of Glasgow; one sister: Mary Campbell “Frank” of Glasgow; two sister-in-laws: Eva Wheeler and Linda Wheeler; ten grandchildren: Tracy Armstrong “Jimmie” of Wilmington, Ohio, Lorie Hernandez “Steven” of Glasgow, Gina Davis “Michael” of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Chris Stinnett of Glasgow, Tim Edwards “Dara” of Cornersville, TN, Randy Stinnett of Glasgow, Ciara Taylor of Glasgow, Cody Stinnett of Smiths Grove, Olivia Stinnett of Glasgow and Seth Glass of Glasgow; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was the care giver of Billy Ray Bilskey.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Willie P. Stinnett, her son: Stephen Stinnett; two brothers: Richard Wheeler, Sr. and Rex Wheeler.

Funeral will be 11:00 A. M. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
