Steven Douglas Berry, 47 of Glasgow, died Saturday, October 16, 2010. He is the son of Arnold D. and Carolyn Perkins Berry.

Besides his parents he is survived by one daughter: Nicole Berry; one son: James Wallace Berry; two step-sons: Andy Branch and Terriell Branch one brother: Jim Berry and his wife Laurie; three nieces: Megan Berry, Heather Hammer and Lesley Allen.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Wallace and Mary Berry and his maternal grandparents: Guy and Audrey Perkins.

Funeral will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Smith Young Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.

    I was so shocked to hear about Doug. I will always remember those band trips and how he always made me laugh. We had some really good times on those trips and at band camp. He made all those hot and cold days of marching fun. I’ll miss seeing him at the store at Temple Hill. Your family are in my prayers.

    To the Berry Family: Losing Doug is such a shock, we had alot of good times with Doug and he was a really good friend, he could always make us laugh even if we were having a bad day.
