Dwight Freeman Love, 46, Hiseville, died Tuesday, January 13, 2004 , at his residence. Born December 28, 1957 , he was a son of the late John Henry Love and Martha Freeman Love, who survives. He was President and CEO of the John Henry Oil Company, Vice President of Double L Drilling Co, a member of the Tennessee Oil and Gas Association and the Independent Petroleum Association of America. He had served in the military during peacetime.

Other survivors include his fiancée, Brenda C. Williams; one daughter, Erica K. Love of Hiseville; one granddaughter, Jana Beth Freeman Love; three brothers, Dennis Love of Hiseville, Jerry Love of Knoxville, and Ronnie Love and his wife, Betty, of Knob Lick; two sisters, Carolyn Turner and her husband, Bill, of Cave City, Connie Love and her husband, Marty Jessie, of New Orleans; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 17, 2004, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Friends may call after 5:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
