Annette Albany Delk, 53, Glasgow, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, at her residence. Born February 14, 1949, she was the daughter of Edward and Nelda Cox Albany. She was a Traffic Control Officer with the Glasgow Police Department. She had worked many years in traffic control at school crossings in Glasgow and was affectionately called “Miss Annette” by the elementary students.

Survivors include one daughter, Kim Delk of Glasgow; her parents, Edward and Nelda Albany of Glasgow; her significant other, Dennis Love of Glasgow; two brothers, Al Albany and Eric Albany and his wife, Terri all of Glasgow; four nieces and nephews, Willie Albany, Austin Albany, Kacy Albany and Eliza Albany; one aunt, Mildred Albany of Glasgow; two uncles, Philip Cox and A.G. Cox.

Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 12 noon Monday at the funeral home.
