I wish to send my condolence to the family of Woody Parker . Woody working along with me, and reporting to me at different times . I had the pleasure of learning a lot from this very fine gentleman. I never saw him upset, say an unkind word , about anyone. He always had that Woody smile. I need not say anymore. Woody Parker said it all, by just being Woody.
