It’s so hard to put in words what I am feeling right now. I promised you I would, with the Lord’s will, be with you so you would not leave this world by yourself. God made that happen and I give him the highest praise for me to holding your hand as you took your last breath and that it was his plan that it be just you and I. Having such peace knowing you are in a healthy body today rejoicing in your eternal home. You always made me believe that everything would be okay, even when I knew you didn’t exactly feel that way. You took my burdens and made them your own.

You were the best role model, my Florence Nightingale and now thanks to you, Jordan, will be known as Barren Counties youngest nurses aid according to our friends in the medical field. I thank God for the last few months that we spent talking until we fell asleep every night as I did my best to take the best care I could for you sis.

So many wonderful memories only a crazy pair of partners in crime (Thelma & Louise) could make. RIP my beautiful girl until we see each other again soon.
