Lillie Mae Gramlin

Lillie Mae Gramlin, 78, died peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2012, at her home in Indianapolis with Hospice attending her needs. A native of Morgantown, he was a daughter of the late Isom and Lillian Cardwell Evans and was a retired employee of Target. Lillie enjoyed her gospel music as well as writing songs. She was a loving devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed her time at Life Tabernacle Church.

Survivors include one son, Kenneth Gramlin (Linda) of Glasgow; one daughter, Shirley M. Ross (Randy) of Indianapolis; three grandchildren, Charity Defabois, Nathan Ross, and Tabbie Ross; four great-grandchildren, Jerimaih, Deanna, Dekota, and Chrispher Defabis; one sister, Mable (Jim) Dickerson of Indianapolis; one brother, Jerry L. (Peggy) Evans of Bowling Green.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie B. Gramlin; one sister, Goldie Evans; three brothers, Bill Evans, Roy Evans, and Raymond Evans.

Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the White Cemetery in Monroe County under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
