William E. “Bud” Kingrey
January 23, 1945 ~ December 30, 2006
William E. “Bud” Kingrey, 61, Glasgow, died Saturday, December 30, 2006, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. A native of Barren County, he was a son of the late Chester Leo Kingrey, Sr. and Mary Lois Staples Perkins. He was a former life insurance salesman and was presently employed in maintenance at the Liberty Street Apartments. He was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis; one son, William Kelly Kingrey and his wife, Pansy, of Cave City; two daughters, Carisa Jackson and her husband, Kenny, and Kerri England and her husband, Greg, all of Glasgow; three grandchildren, Kelsey and Reagan Kingrey and Kailyn Jackson; one brother, Chester Kingrey, Jr. and his wife, Jo Ann, of Glasgow; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Edward Leo Kingrey.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
