Vada Darlene York

Vada Darlene York, 53, Glasgow, died Sunday, October 2, 2005, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. A daughter of Virgie Marie Likens Slayton and the late Bill Slayton, she was a hairdresser.
Survivors include three sons: Jefferey Jay York and his wife, Dana, James Duwayne York and Stevie Lynn York and his wife, Fredia two brothers: Ricky L. Slayton and Timothy V. Slayton: four sisters, Robbie Wood, Janice Shore, Teresa Eden and Donna Slayton; seven grandchildren.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one brother Roger Slayton.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2005, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
