William L. Emmert, 78, of Clarksville, TN died Thursday, March 10, 2011. He was born October 17, 1932 in Glasgow, Ky. He was the son of the late Gilbert and Hallie Shank Emmert. He was a member of the Brider Chapel Baptist Church in Kentucky but also attended Madison and Hilldale Church of Christ, Clarksville Tn. He was a member of the Woodman of the World for 33 years and was a charter member of the Cumberland Civitan Club, in Tennessee.
Survivors include his brother Roger Emmert (Earlene), Clarksville, Tn; 2 nieces Shelia Loden (Fred) Houston, Texas and Sheri Murphy ( Russell) Clarksville, TN; 3 great nieces Christin Murphy, Allison Loden, Alexis Loden and 1 great nephew Wesley Murphy.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Online Condolences may be made at www.hatchersaddler.com.
