William Eugene “Bill” Houchens, 65, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Friday, August 25, 2023 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a son of the late William Burchfield Houchens and Helen Marie Lemons Houchens.
He is survived by his wife: Deeanna Byrd Houchens; two daughters: Marquitta Lessenberry “Jeremy” and Ashley Houchens; four grandchildren: Dalton Gravens (Andrea), Breanna Brown, Bryer Brown and Boss Lessenberry; one great-grandson: Walker Gravens; one brother: Tony Houchens (Belinda), two sisters: Bonnie Young (Marty) and Elizabeth Sawyer (John); one aunt: Jeannie Bratcher (Jerry); several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister: Debbie Houchens; one grandson: Ty Lessenberry.
Funeral will be 5:00 pm Monday, August 28, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visitation will be after 11:00 am Monday until time for services.
