Wanda J Cowles

Wanda Jean Cowles, 64, of Cave City, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Elvie Frank and Betty Coomer Taylor.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years: Marty Cowles; one son: Kevin Cowles; three grandchildren: Veah Cowles (Jessie), Chloe White (AJ) and Damien Cowles; one great-grandchild: Oliver Key; three sisters: Margie Eatmon, Daisey Taylor (Christy) and Jennifer Cloyd (Robert): one half sister: Patricia Fancher (Gary); two brothers; Mike Taylor (Chrissy) and Ronnie Taylor (Rhonda); one half brother: John Fields (Jennifer); one sister in law: Tonya Hennion (Joel); two brother in laws: Timmy Cowles (Lisa) and Darrell Cowles; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by step father: Tommy Crowe; father and mothers in law: Tommy and Carolyn Cowles; brother: Larry Taylor; sister: Lynn Benningfield; nephew: Kenny Benningfield; brother in law: Russell Eatmon.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Saturday, September 20, 2025 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday and after 9:00 am Saturday until time for services.
