Daniel Wade Turner 52 of Glasgow Kentucky passed away on the morning of April 8, 2026 at home surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was born at TJ Samson community hospital on October 7th,1973 to the late Denzil Harrison and Jeaneal Ann Rhinehart Turner. 

     Daniel was a hard working, simple small engine mechanic, who worked in the stockyard with his daddy and on vehicles with his friends and daughters. His other passions include, riding horses, going on trail rides with his daddy and other friends,something he sure did love to do as a kid. He loved being outdoors doing activities such as Playing cornhole, riding horses with his family, camping, and spending time around the fire pit roasting hotdogs, and marshmallows. Going fishing, especially with his parents, wife, daughters, brother, bonus father in law, and of course above all;he loved spending time with his family constantly creating unforgettable memories. Daniel was a go getter kind of man, there wasn’t anything that he couldn’t do, as long as he set his mind too it. He was also an exceptional listener, and offered a helping hand to anyone in need, he just wanted it to be appreciated. Everyone loved him especially his girls, as they were all daddy’s girls; then his grandbabies from saw blade to bluey and his little bingo. He also loved his long time companion, Sadie grace, and his grand pups raven faith, and Sophie Jane. His legacy will live on through his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.

      He is survived by his loving wife of twenty eight years Monica Joy Strode Turner. His daughters Hannah Brooke Turner- Williams ( Victor ), Sydney RyAnne Turner and Kayla LaShae Turner. His mother in law Karen White , His father in law David Strode, his brother Nathan Strode ( Megan ). A grandson Sawyer Leon Allen Turner, Grandaughters Kieza LaShae Turner, Zavaya Joy Turner. One uncle David Rhinehart, One Aunt Elizabeth Rhinehart, along with a host of cousins, and a special friend Kristy Forrest Aka “ Esther “. 

     Other than his parents; he is proceeded in death by one daughter MaKayla Joy Turner, One granddaughter Journeigh Rosalynn Turner. Bonus father Wallace White, Bonus mother Betty Strode. Maternal grandparents Allen Vein and Lizzie Bragg Rhinehart. Paternal Grandparents Benny and Doc Turner. A host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

      Funeral services will be held Sunday April 12th at 1 pm at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral home with burial in the Clack cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday April 11th beginning at 4 pm and continuing Sunday morning at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donation be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
