Valeria Crenshaw Peden

Valeria Crenshaw Peden, 95, of the Goodnight Community, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026 as the result of a house fire. She was retired from SKF Industries. She was a great-great-grandmother; a member of the Coral Hill Church of Christ; and a much loved Nannie and Granny.

She was the only child of Leslie and Annie Coomer Crenshaw who preceded her in death along with her husband Willie F. Peden; a son Donnie Peden; and a grandson, Chris Page.

She is survived by her daughter Judy Page of Hiseville; two grandchildren: Julie Page of Hiseville and Brad Page (Beverly) of Smiths Grove, four great-grandchildren: Andrew Page (Jessica) of Goodnight, Jessica Page of Glasgow, Tasha Payne and Amber Finn (Ryan) of Smiths Grove; nine great-great-grandchildren: Braydon Elmore and Norah Redford of Glasgow; Kallie Page and Audrey Page of Goodnight; Tucker Finn, Freya Finn, Tessa Finn, Jada Finn, and Jaden Shirley all of Smiths Grove; daughter in- law Kathy Peden; along with wonderful neighbors including Darlene Neal and her family.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday and continue Sunday morning at the funeral home.
