Tina Elaine (Costello) Duke, 55, of Glasgow Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 10, 2020 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was an employee of Walmart and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a daughter of Douglas (Doris) Costello and the late Shirley Hale Costello.
Besides her father she is survived by her husband: Danny Duke; four sons: Matthew Duke, Damian ( Shelby) Duke, Dustin Duke and Josh Duke; two grandchildren: Justin Duke and Taylor Duke: one brother: George Michael Costello (Paula Jordan); two sisters: Vanessa Meredith and Tracy True; several nieces and nephews and cousins also survive.
The family has chosen cremation with no services scheduled at this time. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
