Timothy D Parsons

Tim Parsons, 41, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 10th, 2026. He was the son of Cindy Wright and the late Ricky Parsons.

Tim was, first and foremost, a loving father to his daughter. His love for her was immeasurable, and anyone who knew Tim could see how proud he was to be her daddy. From naptime cuddles to chalk drawings on the porch, Tim spent every minute he could with her, and through her his memory lives on.

Tim was also a beloved son, partner, brother, and friend. His quick smile and easy laugh will be remembered by all who were lucky enough to experience it. He made every moment better just by his presence, from playing cornhole and yahtzee, to drinking coffee on the front porch, to assembling furniture as the family handyman. Tim spent his career in manufacturing and was a dedicated worker, most recently at T. Marzetti. He enjoyed spending time with family, playing games, and making others laugh.

Tim is survived by his daughter Adalyn Parsons; partner in life Jessica Merfeld; mother Cindy Wright; sisters Ashley Parsons (Jason) and Danielle Polson (Mallory); half-siblings Justin Parsons and Natasha Harper; nephew Lincoln Crain; aunts Nancy Neal (Todd) and Marcella Conner; uncle AJ Parsons (Michelle), and cousins Jennifer Houchens (Louie) and Jessica Akers, all of Glasgow.

In addition to his father, Tim was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Carolyn Vibbert and Harold Conner, and his paternal grandparents, JC Parsons and Betty Forrest.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
