Thomas Meadows

Thomas Meadows, 68, of Glasgow died Friday, November 23, 2007 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Beckley, West Virginia to the late Roy Meadows and Violet McKinney Meadows, he was a retired Maintenance Supervisor at Glasgow State Nursing Facility and a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian faith.
He is survived by his wife Judy; three sons: Brian Meadows and his wife Leslie, Tommy Meadows and Kevin Pickett and his wife Shannon; two daughters: Sonia Dile and Debby Blankenship and her husband, Tim; nine grandchildren, Abby Meadows, Amelia Meadows, Kyle Pickett, Mary Rachel Pickett, Brittany Harrison, Jessica Ake, Reid Simpson, Justin Meadows and Alex Meadows; two sisters: Betty Miller of Morrisville, North Carolina and Kitty McIntyre of Charleston, West Virginia; one brother: Grady Sweeney of Silver Springs of Maryland.
Funeral will be 11:00 A. M. Monday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with Brother Freddie Norris officiating. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to T. J. Samson Hospice or BRAWA.
