Theresa Cornelius, 65, of Adolphus, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Marge Payne Hoffman.
She is survived by two sons: Charles Erik Cornelius and Christopher Scott Cornelius; three grandchildren: four brothers: Tom Hoffman, Steve Hoffman, Dan Hoffman and Bob Hoffman; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Franklin Cornelius.
Funeral will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Visatation will be after 3:00 p.m. Saturday until time for services.
