Thelma L. Foster

Thelma Litsey Foster, 84, Glasgow, died Saturday, June 29, 2002, at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital after a brief illness. A native of Leitchfield, KY, she was a daughter of the late Lonnie and Ivy Carter Litsey. She was a homemaker and a retired sales clerk at Lerman Bros. Department Store in Glasgow, a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church and Glasgow Chapter 257 of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas; one daughter, Jane Lyons and her husband, Dale of Elizabethtown; two grandchildren, Chuck Lyons of Louisville and Dala Louthan of Hodgenville; two great-grandchildren, Kellie and Austin Louthan; one sister-in-law, Kathleen Litsey of Louisville; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
