Sylvia Carol Hatfield

      Sylvia Hatfield 49, Glasgow, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her family. She is the daughter of the late Roger and Hetti Jackson Morgan.

     She is survived by two daughters: Olivia Matthews (Mason), and Holly Hatfield; four brothers: Bernice Jackson, Raymond Morgan, Charles Morgan (Rita), and Richard Morgan; three sisters: Arlene Herron, Louise Wilson (Robin), and Panzy Wright; her best friend Crystal Hinton; several nieces and nephews also survive.

     In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Dale Morgan and two sisters Mary Ann Morgan and Linda Coffey.

     Memorial service will be held 12:00pm Friday, June 5, 2026 at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will start after 10:00am on Friday. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
