Steve Coomer

Stanley Steven Coomer, 49, Glasgow, died Friday, February 18, 2005, in Edmonton. He had been an employee of R. R. Donnelley & Sons for 30 years and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include one brother, Michael Coomer and his wife, Paula, of Glasgow; his aunts and uncles, Bill and Betty Coomer, Bobby and Judy Coomer, Frank and Opal Coomer, Nina Jean Thompson, Mary Alice Huddleston and Thurman and Genola Sexton all of Edmonton, Claude and Sarah Smith of Frankfort, IL, Dorothy Beck of Payless Hills, IL, Eugene and Rowena Sexton of Glasgow, Christine and Harlan Clemmons of IL and Paul and Dorothy Shirley of Louisville; numerous cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold Coomer and Carrie Murrel Shaw ; aunts and uncles, James “Fats” Coomer, Evelyn Coomer, Betty Hoover, Lena Wilson and Harbert and Edna Sexton.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2005, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Friends may call after 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
