Shirley Mae Wilson, 79, of Glasgow, died Friday, April 24, 2009 at the Glasgow Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Sam and Irene Spencer Abston.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Frankie Wilson; Ten children: Ricky Wilson and his wife Vickie, Bryant Wilson and his wife Mary, Tim Wilson and his wife Rita, Eva Wilson, Curtis Wilson and his wife Kim, Charlotte Wilson and her husband Jimmy, Kay Wilson and her husband James, Jessie Johnson, Rita Glass and her husband Johnny and Terry Johnson; Thirty-one Grandchildren, Forty-Four Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three great-grandchildren: Trenton Ray Wilson, Kelly Johnson and Cheyenne Journey Coffey.
Funeral will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
