Ruby Lewis Moad, 91, Glasgow, died Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at the T J Samson Community Hospital. A native of Daviess County, she was the daughter of the late Coleman L. Limer and Mary Ethel Pate Limer. She was a production worker at the American Olean Tile Company and a member of the Cloverport Baptist Church.
Survivors include two children: Karen Ruth Clark and Stephen Mark Moad (Kim) all of Glasgow; one brother Charles Limer; two sisters: Joyce Carpenter and Sharon Shelman; four grandchildren: 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Tolphus Stuart Moad; one son Kevin Stuart Moad; one brother David Limer; and six sisters: Virginia Basham, Colleen Buck, Mary Lois Irwin, Carolyn Duke, Shirley Hook, and Diane Limer.
A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Gideon’s International.
