Ronnie Lee “Bob” Cross, Sr. 52, Goodnight, died Sunday, September 20, 2020 at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was a self employed mechanic.
Survivors include his wife Tennille; four children: Whitney Elkins (Eric) of Glasgow, Ronnie “Bubba” Cross, Jr., Harley Galloway, and Hunter Cross all of Goodnight; six grandchildren: Aubrey, Hadley, Landon, and Hannah Elkins, and Brezlyn Reece; His parents, Leroy and Wanda Winchester Cross of Goodnight; his biological father, Rondal Cross of Indianapolis; one brother, Junior Cross; two sisters: Lisa Williams (Cliff) and Teresa Jennings (Jonathan Childress); several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Love and Les Winchester, Bob and Callie Cross, and Ivan and Louise Cross.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations toward funeral expenses and may be made at the funeral home.
In keeping with the Governor’s recommendations for safety during funeral and memorial services, the number of attendees in the funeral home at any given time will be limited; no food permitted in the lounge; social distancing will be necessary; and face coverings are required.
