Robert Clem “Bobby” Goad, 85, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the Signature Health Care Center. He was a son of the late William H. Goad and Nannie Elizabeth Depp Goad. He was a U. S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife: Patricia Elaine “Patty” Spann Goad; one sister: Billie Sue Gearlds; one son: Stephen Goad (Ellen); two step sons: Kim Edward Austin and John Howard Austin; six grandchildren: Amber Riddle Moore (Matt), Roger Dale Riddle, Jared Goad (Emma Grace), Lucas Goad, Noah Goad and Eliah Goad; three step-grandchildren: Shannon Renee Austin-Goodin, Skylar John Austin-Goodin and Christina Grace Chobin; five great-grandchildren: Watson Goad, Maebry Goad, Quincy Goad, Taff Moore and Bailey Moore; one son-in-law: Ricky Riddle.
He was preceded in death by one daughter Benita Goad Riddle; one brother-in-law: James Dale Gearlds.
There will be a memorial service 4:00 pm Sunday July 9, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 2:00 pm Sunday until time for services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
