Randy Lee Smith, 63, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away February 28. 2024 at his residence. He was a employee of T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a son of the late Woodrow Wilson Smith, Jr. and Flora Juanita Dodson Smith.
He is survived by one brother: Kevin Smith (Gloria); seven nieces and nephews: Angelia Upton, Amy Smith, Michelle Smith, Kim Smith, Crystal Coomer, Mason Smith and Trace Smith; several great-nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Marty Smith and Woody Smith.
The family has chosen cremation with a private burial of the cremains. Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
