Perry Raymond “Joe” Cissell

Perry Raymond “Joe” Cissell, 62, Glasgow, died Monday, October 29, 2007, at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital. He was a farmer and a member of the Old Zion Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Judy; one daughter, April Cissell; two grandchildren, Katy Cissell and Courtney Cissell all of Glasgow; four brothers, Tommy Allen, Daniel “Mack”, Paul “Baldy” and Albert “Buddy” Cissell all of Louisville; four sisters, Jean Reece of Louisville, Diddy Spalding of Indiana, Shirley Ashley of Florida and Laverne McCormick of Michigan; special friends, Doug, Pauletta and Brad Furlong.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Dorothy Gilpin Cissell; three brothers, David, Alfred and George Cissell.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2007, at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Bon Ayr Cemetery. Friends may call after 8:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
