Peggy Madeline Polson, 79, of Scottsville, Kentucky passed away peacefully at home, Monday, October 31, 2016. She was a daughter of the late Henry and Minnie Huff Staples.
She leaves to cherish her loving husband and caretaker of 60 years: Howard Polson; one son: Garry W. Polson and his wife Kathy; one daughter-in-law: Laura Polson; eight grandchildren: Grant Polson and his wife Katie, Meredith Polson, Konnor Polson, Madeline Polson, Mitchell Polson, Brooke Morgan and her husband Paul, Morgan Polson and Joshua Polson; two brothers: Milburn Staples and James Follis Staples; one sister: Bess Riddle. Also several nieces and nephews survive.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by one son: James Howard Polson; three brothers: Henry Ellison Staples, David Staples and Leroy Staples; two sisters: Mary Lois Perkins and Madell Bagby.
Funeral will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 3, 2016 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
