Patricia Fay Smith, 58, Smiths Grove, passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at her residence. A native of Barren County, she was a daughter of the late Clifton Baker Smith and Lounell Ballard Smith. She was a caregiver and of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include three sons: Christopher Ryan Gentry (Bambi), Daniel Alan Gentry (Alycia Dawn), and Ricky Allen Bradley; five grandchildren: Montana Ryan Gentry, Emily Grace Michelle Gentry, Serenity Hope Button, Jaxson Alan Gentry, and Mason Bryr Gentry; two nieces and a nephew, Sarah Arms, Matt Arms, and Amanda Lee Burnette; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Nancy Lee Smith and Marilyn Kaye Smith.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Friday and continue Saturday morning at the funeral home.
