Norma Jean Rogers, 80, Glasgow, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 at her son’s residence. A native of Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Seldon Coomer and Georgia Black Coomer. She was a caregiver and a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include three children: Tony Hicks (Sandra), Gary Hicks (Joanne), and Susan King (Tim); three grandchildren: Andrew Hicks, Timmy Dale Thomas, and Amy Schlosser; three great-grandchildren: Addison, Kaylyn, and Brayden; three brothers: Jerry Coomer (Helen), Johnny Coomer, and Sonny Grooms (Janie); several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ewing Palmore Rogers and one sister, June Woods.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
