Myrtle Coop Moore, 78, Bon Ayr, died Monday, July 22, 2013, at Barren County Health Care Center. A native of Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Letha and Add Cooper, Sr., and was a homemaker.
Survivors include three children: Steve Moore, Danny Joe Moore, and Gloria Winchester; four grandchildren: Amy Winchester Griggs and husband Jeremy, Shane Winchester and wife Monica, James Moore, and Jason Moore; four great-grandchidren: Mason Griggs, Maddox Griggs, Jackson Cole Winchester, and Lola Winchester; one sister: Dorotha Baum; one brother: Add Coop, Jr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond Moore; two brothers: James “Buddy” Coop and Webb “Sonny” Coop; and one sister: Priscilla Groll.
Graveside services will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Bon Ayr Cemetery under the direction of the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home. There will be no visitation.
