Melvin Rollins, 65, of Glasgow, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 7, 2023 at the Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was a son of the late Louis Nelson and Cordie Lee Wall Rollins. He was a retired grocery manager from Walmart. He was an avid UK fan and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife: Nancy Ann Harrison Rollins: four children: Ashley Gayle Rollins, Brandon Allen Rollins, Chris Moore (Jenny Houchens Moore) and James Ray Moore (Erin Marshall); six grandchildren: Andrew Pike, Katey Ashburn, Kyle Ashburn, Bailey Moore, Jackson Moore Isabella Moore; one great-grandson: Hudson Everitt Moore; one brother: Ronnie Rollins (Mary); one sister: Darlene Hoover (Tony); special aunt: Agnes Cox; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister: Debbie Cain.
Funeral will be 3:30 pm Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after noon Thursday until time for services.
